BACKGROUND
 

The C3 Agency was founded by Barbara Shipp, a licensed, independent Medicare, Life Insurance and Annuity Specialist.  The agency is in NE Florida and primarily services the needs of individuals throughout the State of Florida. 

 

As a single mother of three young adult children, Barbara understands the importance of planning for the future and making decisions that truly matter. This personal experience fuels her passion for helping others navigate the complexities of the products she services with care, clarity, and confidence.

 

When combining the years of work experience Barbara has with her degrees and licenses, Barbara brings a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise to her work. Her achievements and commitment to lifelong learning, allows Barbara to offer her clients comprehensive guidance as they make critical financial and healthcare decisions.

ABOUT THE BARBARA SHIPP

Barbara Shipp has been a licensed insurance agent since 2015.  She is an experienced business, finance and legal professional.  She has worked with the largest corporations in the world, worked as an adjunct professor, received both her insurance and securities licenses, and she has been a business entrepreneur. Throughout her career working in finance, law, and with academia, she has gained invaluable experiences that are transferable to the clients she works with. The strong, reliable foundation Barbara brings to the work she does for her clients rests in the uncommon depth, width and responsibilities she shoulders for them. Barbara values her faith, family, and her friends. She enjoys working and she has made continuous learning a life-long process.
